Yussouf

In this poem, poet has depicted the eastern ideology of life with help of Yussouf's characters yussouf is painted as a saint. The poem is a dramatical form. There are dialogues between the characters for example yussouf and Ibrahim.

The poem starts with Ibrahim coming to doors of Yussouf's at mid night. He does not his name but introduced his self as criminal escape from the law aand asked for the shelter. Youssouf welcome him and comfort him by saying that it is not his own tent. It is God's house. So, the guest can use it freely. This shows how 'selfless youssouf is. He comes a criminal and behave with him kindly without any fear or dislike.
There is a fine metaphor in this second stanza in which day and night are thought to be the roof over the houses. This metaphor surf well to the grand image of youssouf in the poem.
The third stanza revival how youssouf took great care of his guest. While he gave some gold to the guest for his journey and also arranged for a swift horse. The stanza ends with the seminal thought of the poem for example: nobleness enkindle nobleness as indicated in third stanza. The fourth stanza revival how youssouf's nobleness in the heart of Ibrahim. Ibrahim in this stanza revival his true identity confessing his crime. He tells youssouf that he is killer of Yussouf's son. This he has confessed in order to "repay" youssouf kindness as to selflessly confessing the crime. Youssouf nobleness transform a criminal into a self conquered man.
The last stanza is the representation of Yussouf's spiritual gifts well. Youssouf come to know that his guest is no one else but his son's killer he does not become instead he offer all the more saying that Ibrahim transformation is Yussouf's victory in accenting Ibrahim as youssouf says along with the death of the criminal in Ibrahim his own desire to avenge has died. So, in fact with a changed heart Ibrahim has made youssouf free from negative thoughts of grief or revenge.
The entire poem presents the simple way of saint. It celebrate the joy of nobleness and inspires as for saintly virtues of forgiveness nobleness selfless.

Hamlet - William Shakespeare

Here,I am sharing my views on after watching movie.

1. The movie is quite faithful to the original play. There are many similarities between the play and the movie. After the movie beginning to ending similarities as a original play.
2. Yes, my perception about the play, characters and situations: yes, so many things are changed. For e.g.: Ophelia’s character in the movie. We are shown director’s own imagination-scene of water; in this scene Ophelia had one key, in her mouth in that reference did not give in original play. There are minor changes in the movie. Ophelia of her madness that I have not any idea about her madness before the watching the movie. One more thing I want to say that the play is not static there are changes which occurred many a time the and story is moved a lot.

3.Yes,I feel ‘Aesthetic delight’ while watching the movie, when Claudius is dead and sometimes Hamlet’s madness and his soliloquies, when the movie started with solders on gate at night this scene. I was feeling anxious.
5. Yes, in my opinion screening of the movie is more effective and proper way to learning or relearning of the original play because you memorize more things while watching than reading.
4. Yes, I feel ‘catharsis’ when I watched the movie first Hamlet’s behavior is very rude with Ophelia and her’s death. He never understanding Ophelia’s love or rather we can say that he underestimates Ophelia and he cannot deserve Ophelia’s love. I also say that Hamlet is a pity and dreadful.
6. I liked one scene in the movie. I will cherish scene lifetime. When king Hamlet’s ghost appears in the movie and told to his son Hamlet story of his murder.

7. According to me if I am director I want to change the ghost scene and Ophelia’s madness. I haven’t  shown Ophelia’s madness or rather I want to give more space of her character. And in ghost scene I want to add more horrified and terrible elements.

8. Symbolism:”Revenge never sleep”, “Revenge is holy duty Shakespeare is not shown us Christianity and justice but the director shown us Christianity, church. Justice and Christ. It symbolism that religion, God this are man weakness of human beings. There other symbolize that the ghost; the ghost declares that he is his father’s spirit, gives him the extra ordinary of murder and adultery and asks him to take revenge.
Flashback system: My opinion about for e.g. mirror scene, standing statue and falling statue are quite similar in play and movie.
9. Yes I studying the play through movie psychology approach: Hamlet’s madness, soliloquy
10. In this movie Hamlet totally mad that’s why I think psychology approach is suitable.

By watching this movie, we can understand drama very well. But here he made some changes.  But as far as the play is concerned movie is faithful to the play and very well use of soliloquies.

Conscience

In this poem Conscience stands for inner sense. And indirectly also asks the question; "Do I have my own conscience?" The very first problem is Society itself. Because there are numerable problems in Society and also confusion which suggest that life is not rhythmic. It is also said that conscience is based on fear not love. This poem also talks about individuality. There is no uniqueness among people he directly asks the question like; "where is your individuality?". In this poem the speaker speaks to himself and gives his opinion about conscience. In poem he suggest lines like; " I love a life whose plot is simple. And does not thinker with every pimple".  By this lines he suggest that, plot means the life itself which is not at all straight and simple rather smoother and with story as well. He also challenge "The Bible" according to which life has form and the speaker clarifies that, "Life is harder than maths because there is no specific formula in life itself".

He meant here by pimple is problems which occur in life. It also means something unpleasant and unwanted. In life you like clear road and dislike pimple or speed breakers similarly pimples are also speed breakers, which do not let the life be simple and clear moreover writes, " I love an earnest soul, whose might joy and sorrow, are not found in a bowl". By this he clarifies the hidden meaning that is about honestly which is very difficult to define. Indirectly it symbolises the fact that conscience similarly can not be, that 'Honesty' and 'Conscience' are very wide forms, which can't be defined in a shorter span like a 'bowl', which is very narrow. So, he says that man should not be narrow minded. We are happy because Society is happy and we are unhappy because it's unhappy.

Thoreau likes concept that Adam was faithful to Eve because he is going to live with wife not God. He is talking about hypocrisy and says that we all poet to be good but actually we are not good in underneath lines; "I love a soul not all at wood predetermined to be good, but true to the backbone".

When we Two Parted- George Byron

'When we Two Parted' is written by George Byron. Lord Byron was an English poet and a leading figure in Romanticism. His famous poems are 'She Walks in Beauty' and 'When we Two Parted'.
This poem is about love. First and later the hate a man feels towards who was his beloved because she left him. It's a very typical Romantic poem and issue of Romanticism.
The  poem is divided into four stanzas each with eight lines.
This poem is about the end of a love story between a man and a woman. After the whole poem is an expression of feelings of hate from the man towards the woman because she left him. It is believed that only an extreme emotion can lead to another opposite extreme emotion.
In the first stanza the poet starts with the negative emotions by using the word 'Parted' in the very first line. He is feeling the pain of separation. But in the extreme sorrow atmosphere he does not forget to respect his love by being silent in spite of tears. The word 'tears' clarify it was a painful loss. They live in tears. This suggest love from the side of the poet at its best.
Moving to the second stanza he goes down the memory of love and starts thinking of what they used to do when they meet together. He now repent their being together. Where in all her promise turned out to he false and in his extreme pain and feeling shameful because his name is attached with her.
The third stanza further consider the suffering because of separation as he feels as if her name one resounded the funeral bell and regrets his loving so much. He is discourage because of the fact that what is done with him by her.
The last stanza poet describes himself how he should met her again after all these years. Which is very improbable. At the end he does not the lose hope of meeting her again but that meeting would be all in silence and tears would substitute the words and his emotions.

From the Amoretti - Spenser

The poem written in 1595, follows the Spenserian sonnet format.  Which consist of three quatrain and ending rhyming couplet. Amoretti sonnet 75 is about ability of love to transcend all around.

A man wrote his beloved name in the sand but it was washed away by the tide. He writes a name again but same thing happens. He does that expecting different results because he wants his love to be remembered forever. One thing that click here is the poet makes the wave masculine typically nature is associated f amenity but as wave here is a destroyed force. It is turned as masculine.

The second quote a female voice tells him that is working in wain to make something immortal which is not possible mortal things more often than not fade away from one tries to stop it. The hope of every writers or poet is to have there work immortalize which means it would be studied even after there death.

The nature has a way of showing us. That we are near mortal love sustain forever. It is believed that mortality is mear physical and emotions transcend the poet out of his extreme love wishes to change the style of nature. Which is practically impossible. This poem wants to make love immortal death is ultimate really that human being have to face but there are emotions which over power physical realities. He wishes that love as a chaste emotion is recanted and relevant every time a person comes across this poem.

A Fine Day - Drayton

Image result for a fine day by michael drayton

'A Fine day' is sweet nature poem by Drayton. He describes the real beauty of the day in the poem as the title itself suggest. Actually, it was a fine day. The poet praises the day from the beginning of the day, because he describes the beauty of the morning in the poem.

According to him, from the down of the day, it is very clear. The atmosphere is fine, it means that the day is without rain and also there are not any clouds in the sky.

In the first stanza poet uses simile for the cloud as he compare these thin clouds with line scarfs. He also uses metaphor in the same stanza. He shows us that those thin clouds hide the sun as a veil of the hat hides a face. By giving this type of description the poet has proved that he can b truly called the nature poet. Because it is seen thoroughly in the poem as the poet uses the phrase 'lover's most glorious eye' for  the sun. Though the first stanza is short but it is full of figure of speech. The beautiful description of the day, beginning of the day and rising is very aptly used.

To his Coy Mistress - Andrew Marwell.

'To his Coy Mistress' is a metaphysical poem written by the British author Andrew Marvell. 'To his Coy Mistress' is a poem based on human desires in so far as their physicality is concerns. It's spoken by a nameless man to a nameless woman. The speaker of the poem addresses a woman who has been slow to respond to his sexual advances.

The first stanza starts with the issue of as been time bound. Poet says that her coyness would not be a crime if they hand all the time in world. Later on in this stanza poet gives various example of how could they pass their time being each other. He then talks about his concept of vegetable loves and express his love by describing her in various ways.

Moving forward the second stanza he remembers how short human life is. He tells her that life is short but death is forever. Once it is over the opportunity to enjoy each other is gone because no one embraces in the grave. In a shocking moment he warns her that, when she's in the coffin worms will try to take her 'virginity' if she doesn't have sex with him before they die.

In the third stanza the speaker urges the woman to comply, arguing that in loving each other with passion they will make the most of the short time they have to die. He tells her not to waste any time and get all the mental frustration in to the sexual act and be free from the shackles in relation to physical needs and desires.

The final complete makes us aware about the ignorance during Marvell's time as it was believed that sun rotates and the earth stands still, he says, we can't make time stop.

Here I conclude this poem, poet puts forward his ideal about sex, lust, desire, needs of the human body. The poem is in iambic tetrameter. It is present a logical argument.
